IN THE NAME OF GOD, AMEN! I, Abram Price Tracy, a resident of the County of Adair, in the State of Missouri, being over twenty-one years of age and of sound mind, memory and understanding, contemplating the certainty of death and the uncertainty of life, do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament:
1st--It is my will and desire that all of my just debts and funeral expenses be paid out of my money or property on hand at my death.
2nd--After all my just debts and funeral expenses have been fully paid, I will and bequeath and dispose of all of my property, real, personal and mixed, as follows, to wit:
(1) I will and bequeath to my beloved son Joel Tracy the sum of five dollars ($5.00) in current money of the United States.
(2) I will and bequeath to my beloved son John Decker Tracy the sum of five dollars ($5.00) in current money of the United States.
(3) I will and bequeath to my beloved son Marion Tracy the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) in current money of the United States.
(4) I will and bequeath to my beloved daughter Sarah Shafer the sum of five dollars ($5.00) in current money of the United States.
(5) I will and bequeath to my beloved son Stansberry Tracy the sum of five dollars ($5.00) in current money of the United States.
(6) I will and bequeath to my beloved son Abram Tracy the sum of five dollars ($5.00) in current money of the United States.
(7) I will and bequeath to my beloved daughter Mary Ann Tracy the sum of five dollars ($5.00) in current money of the United States.
(8) I will and bequeath to Elijah Dunham the sum of three hundred dollars ($300.00) in current money of the United States, which I give him in consideration of his care and attention of me and in consideration of services rendered by him for me.
(9) I will and bequeath all of the residue of my estate to the children of David Tracy, my brother late of Allen County and in the State of Ohio, and Harvey Turner, of Licking County and in the State of Ohio, or to such of them as may be alive at my death to be equally divided among them, share and share alike.
(10) It is my will and desire that my Executor, hereinafter appointed, shall sell, dispose of and convert into money upon such terms as to him may seem to be just, all of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and that after paying the expenses of this trust, that he dispose of the sums in accordance with the foregoing provisions of this, my last Will and Testament.
(11) I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Jacob Carnes of Adair County, Missouri, to be the Executor of this my last Will and Testament.

The foregoing instrument of writing was signed in our presence by Abram Price Tracy and by him declared to be his last Will and Testament, and we have subscribed our names as attesting witnesses at the request and in the presence of the said Abram Price Tracy, and in the presence of each other, this 7th day of October, A. D. 1867.
